About Us


Personal Training

CardioBody offers personal training at a reasonable rate, so you can acheive your goals much quicker! Our personal training team is here to coach and motivate you. We will determine the most effective strategy for getting the results you need and then kick into motion a plan of action to maximize your results in the shortest amount of time possible. We provide exclusive personal training and coaching to overcome your plateaus, lose body fat, or train for your next marathon. Our philosophy is to support and challenge you every step of the way. All training packages include: Bodyfat analysis and measurements, nutrition counseling, workouts....and much, much more!

Have someone to workout with? Even better! Working out with a friend or loved one will help keep you accountable, so bring them along! 



CardioBody Fitness is a small group training studio. We keep all of our classes at 4-8 people so you can get the personal attention without the price tag. We are located in Sherman Oaks and offer a wide variety of classes to meet everyone’s needs! Contact us for more info or if you'd like to come by to talk with us about a plan that would work for you. If you're new to working out, we recommend scheduling a 30 minute personal training session to get you familiar with our equipment and show you any modifications you might need for injuries. Our class prices range from $10-$12.50 per class. 

Disclaimer: this is not your typical stuffy studio. If you don't like small, intimate classes where you'll get the attention you need to make sure you're doing things correctly and if you don't care to get to know the people you're working out with and if you don't like to have fun......this is not the studio for you ;)

Studio Info & Events

Cancellation Policy

Please be sure to cancel your spot at least 6 hours before a class and 12 hours before a personal training session if you cannot make it to avoid being charged. All Unlimited Members (this includes weekly and monthly unlimited packages) will have a day taken off of their current  package if the class is not cancelled within the 6 hour window. One new client  or social media deal per client, no exceptions.

3rd Annual CardioBody 5K Run + our 4 Year Anniversary Party will be June 24th!
Run starts at 9am, party to follow.

Instructor Spotlight - Meet Ricky

Ricky is a Los Angeles native with a distinct and cultivated background. Because of Ricky’s active lifestyle since an early age, he has understood the importance of physical fitness and well being. Though he has an affluent background in physical fitness that’s focus is on functionality, he has trained with people of different ages, fitness backgrounds, athletics, and sports. His belief is to center enjoyable fitness programs that promote a healthy lifestyle. 

Need help finding us?

We are located at 5207 Tilden Avenue, Sherman Oaks  (next to a Liquor Store). Our studio is street parking only, but you're sure to  always find a great spot on Tilden or Magnolia! 

Kid Friendly? Always!

I started CardioBody 3 weeks after having my son. I'm also pre/post natal & youth certified. We wanted CB to be a place where parents could come and get their fitness on with the kids to limit the excuses and create a fun, bonding atmosphere!
