Please note our new cancellation policy for Monthly Unlimited Members. Our 6 hour cancellation policy applies to all clients.

In order to ensure that our clients have full access to all available classes, and that our instructors have the opportunity for a full class, our 6 hour notice for cancellations is required to avoid having a day removed from your monthly unlimited package.
  • If you cancel a class with less than 6 hours’ notice (“Late Cancel”), you will have one day removed from your monthly unlimited package, reflecting a new expiration date.
  • This also applies if you do not show up for your class (“No Show”) or sign up for multiple classes in a row and do not attend all of them.
We keep our classes small so we can give each member special attention as needed and strive to create a personal training atmosphere.
In other news, we’d like to take requests for additional classes! We value each of you and your opinion. Let us know if there’s something you’d like to see on the schedule!
