Thursday:
*6:15am Tabata Abs
*10:45am Pre/Post Natal
*12:30 Lunchtime Flow Yoga
*5pm Cardio Burn
*7pm Piloxing

Friday:

Saturday:
*8:30am Baby Bump Bootcamp

*10:30am Burlesque Booty Camp
*11:30am Mat Pilates Flow

Sunday:
*10am Barre Bootcamp
*11am Tabata Toning
*Kids Ballet
*12pm Power Yoga
