Smoothie recipies to get you in the mood for Spring!

Drink your way healthy with these smoothie recipes! Such a great way to get those vitamins and nutrients, and a great post workout drink.
Here are some recipes I’ve come to love:
 
Banana Almond Creme
1 banana
10 almonds
1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein
1/2 cup of milk or almond milk
5 ice cubes

Strawberry Banana Flaxseed

1 banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 1/2 cups of milk or almond milk
2 tablespoons of flaxseed
Mixed Fruit
2 cups of frozen mixed fruit
1 cup of pineapple juice
8 oz of greek yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

What I love about smoothies, is that you can play around with them. Mix and match whatever healthy ingredients you can to make it taste just right!
